Miss Shamrock

The Shamrock Pageant is held each year to crown a Miss Shamrock, a Miss Teen Shamrock, and the Little Miss and Little Mister of Ireland. This year's event will take place at Ireland Elementary School - 4940 W South St, on Sunday, February 22, 2026. The Little Miss & Mister Pageant & Miss Shamrock Teen Pageant will take place 2pm.

We will not have a "Miss Shamrock" this year as we did not have enough contestants for this category.

Eligibility Requirements

It is open to girls & boys grades 1-4 (Little Miss & Mister), ages 12-15 (Teen), and ages 16-20 (Miss). See below for full eligibility requirements. New Requirement: Each category must have a minimum of 3 contestants. If there are not enough contestants, that category will be eliminated. Our new pageant coordinator is Chelsea Schuler. Miss Shamrock Eligibility: Those who currently attend/graduated from Jasper High School AND previously attended Ireland Elementary, OR live in Madison/Boone Township. Contestants must be ages 16–20 and must be 16 or older by March 17, 2026, and 20 or younger on March 17, 2026. Contestants will be required to wear three different outfits: Professional Business Attire, “Wearing of the Green,” and Evening Gown.

Miss Teen Shamrock Eligibility: Those who currently attend a Greater Jasper School or Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School AND previously attended Ireland Elementary, OR live in Madison/Boone Township. Contestants must be ages 12–15 as of March 17, 2026. Contestants will be required to wear three different outfits: Professional Business Attire, “Wearing of the Green,” and Evening Gown.

Little Miss & Little Mister Eligibility: Those who are in grades 1–4 at Ireland Elementary OR live in Madison/Boone Township. Contestants will be required to wear two different outfits: “Wearing of the Green” and a party dress (girls)/Sunday best (boys).
